Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Does Cozy Kingdom need C or D batteries?
Its exact 60194-GES manual says four C/LR14 1.5 V alkaline cells for the swing control module; they are not included. Do not use another Ingenuity model's battery instructions.
Explore this need in the finder →Can a small newborn use it at any recline?
No. The page lists 0–9 months, but the manual sets a 6 lb minimum and 20 lb maximum, requires full recline until at least four months and independent head control, and says to stop sooner for sitting unaided or climbing attempts. Supervise continuously on the floor; never use for sleep.
Explore this need in the finder →What does machine-washable mean for this model?
The manual allows machine washing the seat pad and headrest cold on a gentle cycle; the pad is low-heat tumble dried and the headrest is air-dried flat. Wipe the toys, bar and frame. The listed static body is 22.64 by 28.74 in before movement clearance.

This review covers the U.S. Ingenuity Soothe ’n Delight Portable Swing in Cozy Kingdom, model/SKU 60194-000. Its matching official manual is identified as 60194-GES. I reviewed the current manufacturer listing and the manual; I did not assemble, own or use the swing, and this is not a hands-on test. Manufacturer feature claims help describe the configuration but do not tell us how an individual baby will respond.
Battery setup and on-unit controls
The manual requires four C/LR14 1.5 V alkaline batteries for the swing-control module, and the exact listing says those batteries are not included. The reviewed configuration is therefore battery-powered; the sources do not document a plug-in operating option. Confirm the physical battery label before installing cells, especially with a used or incomplete product. Follow the manual’s instructions not to mix new and old batteries or different chemistries, to replace the full set at once, and to remove depleted cells or remove the batteries before long-term storage.
The current product page lists six swing speeds and music, with controls on the unit. The two recline positions, portable frame and removable toy bar are also manufacturer-described features. I do not infer a remote, app, voice control or a particular swing direction: the exact sources do not establish those capabilities. If you need a swing that can stay beside an outlet without batteries, compare an explicitly adapter-powered model instead.
Respect the lower and upper weight limits
Kids2 gives an approximate age span of 0–9 months and sets a 6 lb minimum and 20 lb maximum. The manual also says to stop if the child can sit up unaided or attempts to climb out; that developmental stop may come first. The age range does not make every newborn an appropriate fit. The manual says the seat must remain fully reclined until the child is at least four months old and can hold their head up without help. Both parts of that instruction matter.
The swing is not for sleep or unsupervised use. Place it only on a floor-level, firm, flat surface, use the restraint as instructed and stay nearby. Do not move or lift it with a child in the seat. If the baby sleeps, move them to a suitable flat sleep surface. These warnings limit how this product should be used even if a caregiver likes the portable frame or the sound choices.
Footprint and transport
The current page lists assembled dimensions of 26.77 in high, 22.64 in wide and 28.74 in long. Treat 22.64 by 28.74 in as the static body footprint, not the room needed for the moving seat, access to the child or nearby furniture. The page describes a folding frame, so it can be stored between uses, but the reviewed dimensions do not tell you the folded size. Plan the place where the frame will be opened and used before relying on the word “portable.” The advertised plush toys and toy bar are not a substitute for checking that every part is present and locks correctly on the actual unit.
This model’s dimensions are close to the Cozy Spot and Bella Teddy models assessed here, but the power source differs: Cozy Spot uses its supplied USB lead with an external adapter, Bella uses four D cells, and Cozy Kingdom uses four C cells. Those arrangements are not interchangeable. Select by the power setup and verified usable footprint, not by a general “portable swing” label.
Wash the textiles by their individual instructions
The exact page and manual allow the seat pad to be machine-washed cold on a gentle cycle, without bleach, with low-heat tumble drying. The headrest has a different instruction: cold gentle wash with no bleach and flat air drying. The manual says to wipe the frame, toy bar and toys with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry; do not immerse the toys. The entire product is not machine-washable. Remove and refit soft parts as described in the manual and check the restraint before each use.
Checks before buying or reusing one
Verify the tag says 60194-000 and that the instructions correspond to 60194-GES. Check the four C-cell compartment, its cover, the restraint, fabric fasteners, frame locks and toy-bar attachment for missing parts or damage. Confirm a secondhand product has its complete manual and exact textiles; the listing image is not a parts list. A limited exact-name/model search of the returned CPSC recall results did not show a matching notice, but it cannot establish a full recall history or clear a particular serial number. No current price, inventory, offer condition or user experience is established by this assessment.
